Independent Safety Evaluator

On March 20, 2011, the team of Auxitec LLC, was accepted by the Spanish Ministry of Public Works as an Independent Safety Evaluator, in accordance with the stipulations of “Regulation CE 352/2009 of the European Commission” for the following subsystems: Infrastructure, Energy, Traffic Control, ERTMS and Conventional Signalling, Land and Mobile Telecommunications, and Rolling Stock.
